Valid Driver license and International licenses accepted. Any driver's license that is not from Canada must present a second piece of id. Any driver’s license with restrictions may not be accepted depending on the restriction.
Vehicles must be returned at the same level of fuel as rented. A minimum service charge of $1.50/litre plus fuel cost will apply if not returned at the same level.
The destination must be mentioned at the time of the rental. An additional $4.99/day will apply for out of province travel, and $9.99/day for USA border crossing.
Minimum Age: 23 Age 23 to 24 - $9.99/day Surcharge applies.
A surcharge of $ 9.99/day (per additional driver) – for spouse/life partner $4.99/day Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23
Canada & USA (some surcharges apply) Destination must be told at the time of rental. Kilometers are unlimited as long as the vehicle stays within the Province, with a maximum of 3000 kilometers. If the vehicle is travelling outside of the province, kilometers are 200 kms daily, 1400 kms, and 3000 kms monthly. Additional kilometers are 0.20 cents/kms.
Cash deposits are not accepted as security for rental. VISA/MASTERCARD DEBIT CARDS are also not accepted as security for rental. The following are accepted forms of security:
Free customer pick-up and customer drop-off within a radius of 10 kilometers. Minimum of 1 day rental is required. Please contact rental location for Shuttle information.
Any renter carrying transferable insurance or credit card coverage with rental insurance may transfer it to some rental vehicles with written confirmation of coverage for the rental vehicle for the province of rental. Proof of coverage must be provided to decline the Loss.
Coverage of liability for damage to person or property is mandatory at $7.95/day.
PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF THE RENTAL. If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of the rental, customer will be required to purchase one of the LDW/CDW packages offered by the company.
If CDW/LDW is declined, the customer personally assumes full value responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle and any other damages or related charges resulting from any damages incurred while rented.

Tire & Windshield Damage Waiver
$ 5.99 per day Tire and Windshield Damage waiver is not included in any CDW/LDW packages. $0 deductible

Cancellations must be submitted 72hrs prior to pickup time to avoid full rental charge as per reservation. For weekend/long weekend cancellation request must be sent 72hrs before the weekend.
